In a remarkable real estate deal, Hollywood stars Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have acquired a lavish mansion in Los Angeles previously owned by Isha Ambani, daughter of India’s wealthiest man, Mukesh Ambani.
Situated in the upscale Beverly Hills area, the sprawling estate spans over 5.2 acres and boasts extravagant features. From a 155-foot infinity pool to an indoor pickleball court, salon, gym, and multiple spas, the mansion offers unparalleled luxury. With 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and an outdoor entertainment pavilion, it epitomizes comfort and elegance.
The transaction, valued at a staggering Rs. 494 crores, marks a significant milestone in the real estate market. Reports indicate that the mansion had been on the market for five years before finding its new owners in June 2023, with Affleck and Lopez sealing the deal in a cash transaction.
Notably, Isha Ambani has a deep connection to the property, having spent considerable time there during her pregnancy in 2022. Her mother, Nita Ambani, also shared in those cherished moments, further enriching the mansion’s history.
Interestingly, this opulent residence has also hosted other celebrities, including Priyanka Chopra, a close friend of Isha Ambani. Chopra notably organized a screening of Pan Nalin’s 2021 Gujarati film “Chhello Show” at the mansion.
